He’s come out today after recurring bad smells that just we couldn’t get rid of, after spending time with his camera checking everything with no blockages he could 100% tell me & show me what and where the problem is down to builders laying pipes incorrectly. I’ve used them multiple times and would never use anyone else. They’ve been unbelievably helpful and gone above and beyond to check every tiny thing and leave no stone unturned to ensure the problem was sorted for us. Nothing was too much hassle for them and they just got stuck in, working hard to get to the source of the problem and even called up various contacts to double check other things in the house for us. They’ve always come out so quickly and you can tell that they genuinely want to help and that it’s not about money. Not only that, they are really friendly and nice people! Would recommend to anyone and really glad to have found such a decent company so any future problems won’t be so daunting.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink however, once Phil had opened up all the man holes doing a thorough investigation he let me know everywhere was blocked. He jetted through out and continued his investigations until he found a brick in the drain which he removed. Drains now flowing freely and all washed down. Brilliant job, not added extra prices, one fixed very reasonable price to resolve. He came out early on a Sunday morning to clear a badly blocked drain. This is a new build property and he actually found spirit level blocking the drain, without his expertise and CCTV cameras and drainage system this could have been horrendous. Came round early on Sunday morning straight after I called them. Used a camera to investigate, found and removed a 2 foot long spirit level that was causing a blockage outside that was linked to my bathroom. They jetted through and cleared all the blockage that had been building up for weeks. All clear now and they gave me advice on what to look out for, the possible scenarios I could be dealing with living in a ground floor flat and what to do if I do notice any problems.
