Dan has been out to me twice this year for two different reasons. Both times fitted me straight away and fixed the issues! He also took the time to explain what had happened, why, and how to help it reoccurring! On the second visit today, my son was intrigued, and took him under his wing and showed him exactly what he was doing and allowed him to watch! 100% recommend these guys! Phil is an absolute diamond! He’s come out today after recurring bad smells that just we couldn’t get rid of, after spending time with his camera checking everything with no blockages he could 100% tell me & show me what and where the problem is down to builders laying pipes incorrectly. When I move I will 100% be getting Phil to make sure I’m not going to have the same problems going forward! So honest and a real gentleman. Thanks!
